It's a studio that can accomodate two people and consists of:
- A patio covered by a tend in the garden with table, chairs and chaise longs.
- Wide double room with large entrance accessible from the garden and with window on the garden. TV.
- Wide bathroom with shower and window on the garden
- Mini kitchenette separated from the bedroom
- Washmachine
- Free Car parking in the property.
- Free WI-FI
- Air conditioning / heating
A third bed or a camping cot for children up to three years is available on request.
A table highchair is available on request.
Bed linen, set towels and kitchen linen are available on request with little extra.

Gentle pets of small size are welcome upon agreement with the ownwer. A supplement of 10 € per day will be required for each animal..
Only for the month of August, stays can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday, or in any case according to our availability.
THE PRICE INCLUDES: Internet WIFI, Satellite TV, parking space, utilities (electricity/water/gas), Air conditioning / heating.
NOT INCLUDED: Cleaning service at beginning/end of stay, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen.

PRICES INCLUDE: internet wi-fi, satellite TV, internal parking, utilities (electricity / water / gas).
DO NOT INCLUDE: Bed sheets 15€ per person, towels set 15€ per person, and kitchen linen set 10€ per person.
The costs for final cleaning are 80€. An additional supplement of € 10 per day is required for each animal.
